He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Moore and Blanche Blackstone Moore; and his siblings, Elsie Cronin, H. Russell Moore and Robert Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Matson (John) of McConnelsville, Vicki Cozzens (Ken) of McConnelsville, Kathy Elliott of New Concord and Julia McInturf of McConnelsville; his grandchildren, Brett McInturf, Angie Finley, Tony Fox, Amy McMannis, Andrew Slivka, Marcus Cozzens, Nathan Cozzens and Annette Garland; and his siblings, Wanda Founds of Chandlersville, Sharon Krause of Zanesville and Duane Moore of Zanesville. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post #24 Honor Guard.
