He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Vincent and Jean Duncan Vincent; and his siblings, Larry Vincent and Gail Ann Mullins. He is survived by: his close friend Patty Hill; his sons, Jimmy Vincent (Kristi) of Malta, Stevie Vincent of McConnelsville and Ricky Vincent (Monica) of Caldwell; and his siblings, Gary Vincent (Tracy) of Chesterhill, Phyliss Stanley (Gary) of McConnelsville, Marlene Davis of Joy, Susie Coler (Danny) of Chesterhill, Linda Sheets (Richard) of Pennsville and Marilyn Seelhorst (John) of Rutland. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
