She was predeceased by: her parents, Frelen Shortridge and Katherine Keiffer Shortridge; her husband Orville Ball; her siblings, Jeanie Algeo, Robert, Raymond, Daniel and Bill Shortridge; her sons-in-law, Claude Rainer and Dale Myers; and her granddaughter Polly Rainer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Rainer of Beverly, Lana Carol Robinette (Theo) of McConnelsville and Patricia Myers of Blue Rock; her grandchildren, Randy Montgomery, Patrick Myers, Areena Myers, Nikki Montgomery and John Hall; her great grandchildren, Michael Rainer, Jaelynn Geiger, Jaedamae Geiger, Anthony Reed, Shaliah Howard, Chris Howard, Sean Reed, Damon Myers and Jaemarion Geiger; her great great grandchildren, Mia and Luna Williams; and her sisters, Christine Hayden, Rosemary Howat, Jane Joy, Martha Phillips, Connie Shortridge, Janet Blankenship and Diane McKinley.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Shrivers Hospice.
