Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Harriette Ponchak (McConnelsville, Ohio), born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 87, on September 19, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Osa Scott Hooper and Cordelia Ethel Kidd Hooper; her significant other George William "Bill" Ponchak; and her siblings, Rodney Hooper and Helen Hope Hupp.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Ponchak (Judi), Teresa Ponchak (Judy Williams), Dennis Ponchak (Dolly Brumage), Alan Ponchak (Brenda), Dean Ponchak (Jennifer) and Mark Ponchak (Nick Jenior). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the M & M Volunteer Fire Department, Morgan County 4-H Committee, St. James Catholic Church or Morgan Athletic Boosters Building Fund.
