He is survived by: his children, Toby Foster (Kim) of Forest, VA and Tracie Huffman (Greg) of McConnelsville; his siblings, Tim Foster (Becky), Kay Ross, Penny Kenney (George), Linda Reed (Marion), Jeff Foster (Jackie) and Cinda Woodyard (Mike); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Grant, Coral, Jade and Clay; his great grandchildren, Jase, Aubree Grace and Abraham; and his pet Gretchen.
