It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garland Luther Brookover of McConnelsville, Ohio, born in Williamstown, West Virginia, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Brookover and Lola Brookover; his son Michael Warren Brookover; and his siblings, Thomas Brookover and Ellen Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Brookover; his children, Chester Wayne Brookover of Oak Island, NC and Karen Lynn O'Grady of Marietta; and his brothers, Warren Brookover and Jimmy Brookover. He is also survived by 5 step children and several grandchildren.
