He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred B. Allen and Mary A. Stewart Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Stan Allen (Mary) of Simpsonville, NC and Karen King (Fred) of McConnelsville; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Tompkins (Chris) of McConnelsville, Chantelle King of McConnelsville, Bryson Allen (Emily) of Naperville and Ill (Matthew Allen).
