He is survived by: his mother Rita; his children, Desiree Smith of Stockport, Carol Schultheisz of Marietta and Davie Smith of McConnelsville; his former wife Renea Smith of McConnelsville; and his siblings, Twana Bhayani, Lisa Smith, Morgan Smith and Hollie Smith. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three step grandchildren.
