It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Jenkins of McConnelsville, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd W. Jenkins and Mona M. Hanson Hall. She is survived by: her daughter Julie; her grandsons, Tommy and Jared; and her friends, Cyrone Arnspiger (Casey), Madeline and Alexa.
