He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Carma Kalb, Melvin and Mary Beth Hook. He is survived by: his parents, John S. Kalb and Teresa Hook Kalb of McConnelsville; his children, Adriah Kalb, Cambria Kidd Kalb, Jace Kalb and Jordan Kalb; his close friend Chelsey Duncan; his siblings, Accalia Kalb Goldsmith (Joseph) of Zanesville, Emmalee Willison (Robert) of Savanna, GA. and Joshua Kalb of Malta; and also Caylee Duncan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
