She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Keirns; her grandson Ryan Hemry; her sister Darla Slate (Rick) of Dresden; and her nieces and nephews, Dirk Lincicome (Stacy) of Blue Rock, Tonya Mildenderg (Andy) of Zanesville, Lucas Slate of New Lexington and Katie Slate of Tennessee.
