She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Frances and Martha Van Horn. She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Cooper and Sandra Cooper (Van Horn); her husband Jason Wartgow; her sons, Isaac, Evan and Jace Wartgow; her sister Kari Cooper; her nieces, Bailey, Samantha, Adeline and Corynn; her nephew Caiden; her mother-in-law Terri Wartgrow; and her sister-in-law Katie Olson (Nicholas).
