He is survived by: his siblings, Britain Leone (Amber) of Findlay and Shelby Williams (Jacob) of Jacksonville; his nieces, Dezrae Leone, Kayelyn Leone and Peytynn Williams; his nephew Domnick Leone; his grandmothers, Nona Booze of Findlay and Connie Hoops of Leipsic; his aunts and uncles, Rhonda Johnson (Marc) of Findlay, Danielle Treft (Ty) of Brunswick, Melissa Ludwig (Vince) of Findlay, Christopher Cameron of Findlay, Linda Hoops of Leipsic and Danny Hoops (Rondel) of Sycamore; and his pet Izzy. He is also survived by cousins and many close friends.
