She is survived by: her spouse Robert O. Smith; and her children, Linda Kern-Moorhead (Steve), Steven Smith of Findlay, Judy Frazier (Mark) of Valencia and Dennis Smith (Jill) of McComb. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
