He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Bennett and Florence Bennett (Rader); and his sisters, Kay Conrad and Bonnie Rosebrook (Don). He is survived by: his wife Debra Foltz; his children, Scott Bennett of Findlay, Todd Bennett (Sandy) of Wyalusing, Tracy Collins (Curtis) of Perrysburg, Brian Spitnale (Dana) of McComb and Greg Spitnale (Carey) of Leipsic; his grandchildren, Will, Paige, Gabe, Taylor Bennett, Austin, Peyton, Faith Collins, Savanna, Jaylyn, Andrew and Jackson Spitnale; and his sisters, Connie Long (Bruce) of Stafford, Virginia and Kathy Inman (Don) of Findlay.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be gifted in Billy's honor to the McComb Public Library.
