She was predeceased by: her parents, Smith Hurley and Ruby (Edwin Dukes); and her brothers, Jimmy Hurley and Duane Dukes. She is survived by: her close friend Al Rohda; her children, Chad Phillips (Bridgit) of Findlay, Shelby Phillips (Mathew Smelser) of Bowling Green, Michael Rohda (Amy) of Berkley and Angie Vandenberghe (Mark) of Napoleon; her siblings, Herb Hurley (Martha) of Canton, Smith Hurley (Judy) of Continental, Larry Hurley (Kelly) of Ottawa, Brian Dukes (Dana) of Leipsic, Bruce Dukes (Dianne) of Continental, Sandy Dukes of Bryan and Helen Hall (Kenny) of Defiance; and her grandchildren, Katlynn Phillips, Nicholas Phillips, Maxton Smelser, Paige Rohda, Emily Vandenberghe and Mason Vandenberghe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
