He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Miller and Marjorie Miller (Comstock); his wife Erma Miller (Bowers); his sons, Robert Jr. and Richard Miller; his sister Margaret Pratt; his stepmother Susie Miller (Cooper); his stepsisters, Mary Smith and Dorothy Sauer; and his siblings-in-law, Don Bowers, Paul Bowers, Eldon Swoyer, Ruth Bowers and Jeanette Swoyer.
He is survived by: his sons, David Miller (Terri) and Don Miller; his daughter-in-law Trish Miller; his grandchildren, Andrew Miller (Jena), Amanda Rockhold (Kory) and Jeff Miller; his great grandchildren, Xavier, Abigail Miller and Gabriel Rockhold; his brother-in-law George Pratt; and his close friend Edna Alspaugh. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
