He was predeceased by: his father Willis Croninger; his wife Betty Lou Croninger (Conn); his sons, Richard Croninger and Nathan Croninger; his grandson Ryan Croninger; and his siblings, Raymond Croninger, Willis Croninger, Reba Dachenhaus and Clara Hockman.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Owens (Herb) of Alamogordo, Judy Geitgey (Denver) of Grand Rapids, Robert Croninger (Bonnie) of McClure, Thomas Croninger (Cathy) of Bowling Green, Jack Croninger (Barb) of Wauseon and Tim Croninger (Lori) of Adrian, Michigan. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; 26 great-great grandchildren, 1 great-great-great grandchild, plus 1 great-great grandchild.
