It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Tietje of McClure, Ohio, who passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Drittler and Esther Drittler (Harms); her husband Ernest C. Tietje, Jr.; and her brothers, Victor and Kenny Drittler.
She is survived by: her children, Julie, Brian and David Tietje. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (5039 Co Rd G, Deshler, OH 43516).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Peace Lutheran Church.
