She is survived by: her husband John Rudolph; her sons, Tom Middleton (Carol), Tim Middleton (Deb) and Bill Middleton (Bonnie); her stepdaughters, Lucia Rudolph and Katrina Carpenter (Ben); and her stepson-in-law Tom Markley. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren.
