He was predeceased by: his grandfather John "Bill" W. Kirby; and his great-grandparent Mildred Marison. He is survived by: his parents, John T. Kirby of McArthur and Sonya Bailey Freeders (David) of Alliance; his significant other Jessica J. M. Middleton of McArthur; his daughters, Chloe Seleste Kirby and Paisly Marie Kirby; his siblings, Chris Kirby (Kristina) of Beaver and Letisha Kirby of Alliance; his uncles, David Kirby (Lisa), Steven Kirby and Earl Kirby; his grandmothers, Nancy Kirby of McArthur and Rossetta Bailey of West Virginia; and his close friends, Chris, Angie Perry, Brian and Susan Wiseman.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Zachary S. Kirby to Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, P.O. Box 302, McArthur, Ohio 45651, to help with expenses.
