He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry "Buck" O'Harra and Annas Marie Wine O'Harra. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia O'Harra; his children, Tonya Winnett (Les), Tassie Brown (George), Thomas J. O'Harra and Tangala Smith; his close friends, Bob Glandon, Dave McCunn and Brad McCunn; and his caregivers, Amanda, Kim and Betty. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters, 1 brother.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Tom's memory be given to ProMedica Hospice, 120 Twin Oaks Drive, Unit B, Jackson, Ohio 45640.
