She is survived by: her mother Brenda McWhorter Collier of McArthur; her children, Alexis Holstine (Bradley Kelley) of McArthur, Brooklynn Holstine of McArthur, Caiden of McArthur and Derek Holstine of McArthur; her grandson Bryer Kelley; her brother Dave McWhorter of McArthur; and her half-sister Krissi Lowry Conkel (Jason Holstine) of Circleville.
