With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scott Barnett of McArthur, Ohio, born in Jackson, Ohio, who passed away on January 29, 2022 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Melvin Barnett and Carol Ann Knox Coleman; his son Jason "Fruit" Barnett; and his brothers, Melvin Barnett and Kevin Barnett.
He is survived by: his wife Kandie Gussler Barnett; his son Josh Barnett (Raelle); his grandchildren, Brendan, Alyvia, Lydia, Cadence and Cash; his stepchildren, Crystal Downard, Chris Ousley and Brittany Perry (Chris); his sister Pam Haynes (Chet); and his close friend Willie. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren, 1 step-great-grandchild, and his dog.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
