He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Fern Lowe Vititoe (Williams) and Samuel Dennis Lowe; his daughter Tammy; and his brothers, Carl Fredrick Graham and Dennis Leroy Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lowe (Floyd); his sons, Roger Arnold, Joseph Lowe and Jeremy Lowe; and his sisters, Connie Smith (Ronnie) of Columbus and Dawn Simpson of Jackson.
