She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill West and Marlyn Collins West; and her daughters, Mary, Bub, Deanna West, Melissa, Muff and Melinda Mulhern (Andrea Parks) of McArthur.
She is survived by: her husband William W. Mulhern; her brother Paul Rice (Leslie) of Wellston; her grandchildren, Zach, Billy, Katie, Lucas and Wyatt Mulhern; her niece Megan Rice; and her great-niece Addlyn.
