He was predeceased by: his wife Sara R. Chesser Bartoe; and his son Isaiah Bartoe. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Allen Bartoe, Sr. and Karen Kay LeMay Bartoe; his children, Zach Bartoe (Lily) and Jaylynn Bartoe; his sister Jessica Prater (Aaron); his nephews, Darrick Prater (Courtney) and Lealand Prater; his niece Tyra Prater; and his great-niece Violet Prater. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
