He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Conner and Betty Bryant Conner. He is survived by: his spouse Velvet Thomason Fried; his children, Savanna and Richard (Sheena); his stepsons, Dustin, Vincent and Zachary; and his siblings, Jim Conner (Tammy), Sharon Claxton (Larry) and Judy Conner. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two step grandchildren.
