He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Taft Piper and Mona Swick Piper; and his siblings, Linda, Robert and Don.
He is survived by: his wife Christina Mae Lowe Piper; his sons, Rusty Piper, Tim Piper and Shawn Piper; and his siblings, Richard, Tom, Bill, Ed, Katie and Sis. He is also survived by several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery.
