She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Stroup and Docia Stroup (Carpenter); her husband Henry E. Elswick; her siblings, Myrna Clements, Juava Hudson and Donald Stroup; her niece Joy Lee; and also Joshua Park.
She is survived by: her nieces, Sharon Wisecup of Waynesville and Marcia Clark-Smith; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Patrick S. Griffith (Patti) of Carlin, Heather Lynn Hart (John) of Londonderry, Courtney C. Wisecup, Bailey T. Clark (Amanda) of Westminster and Ashton K. Smith of McArthur, Ohio; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Hines of Chillicothe, Briar Ray of Chillicothe, Sophia Huffman of Chillicothe and Vickie Floyd.
