He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Webb and Bernice Webb (Zinn); and his son Heath Webb. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hayes Webb; his brothers-in-law, Roderick Hayes (Sharon) and Danny Sayre (Debbie); and his great-nephew Casey Sayre. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great- nephews, cousins and close friends.
