With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Ratcliff of McArthur, Ohio, born in Vinton, Ohio, who passed away on November 23, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryan Castor and Edna Hoyd Castor; her husband Vernon G. Ratcliff; and her siblings, Arnet, Francis, Roy, Cecil Castor, Laura Woodyard and Marguerite Craig.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda L. Long Jr. (Emmett) of McArthur; her grandsons, Michael Long (Jennifer) of Lucasville and Scott Long (Cheryl) of Cedarville; her great grandchildren, Drew, Trevor, Bradyn, Addison and Emmy; her sister Esther Bell of McArthur; and her sister-in-law Freda Castor of Hamden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
