She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester O. Penrod and Marie Reynolds Penrod; her husband Wayne Adelmann; her great grandchild Jared Champion; and her sisters, Carol Emmons and Karen Holt.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Prater (Dody) of McArthur, Dustin "Dusty" Prater Sr. (Ginger Queen) of McArthur, Grant Prater (Regina) of McArthur, Janette Clifford (Paul Baughman) of McArthur, Dori Buckler (Jerry) of McArthur and Ella Prater (Keith) of McArthur. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty-one great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
