She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Maxwell and Maudie M. Brown Maxwell; her son John Paul Cecil; her brothers, Jerry Maxwell, Herb Maxwell and Ricky Maxwell; her niece Mindy Maxwell; and her nephew Nathan Maxwell.
She is survived by: her children, Jessie Sechkar (Sam) of Athens and Michael Ousley of McArthur; her granddaughter Carly Sechkar; her close friend John Reiter of McArthur; her siblings, John Boy Maxwell, Robert Maxwell (Kelly), John Alvis (Mary), Angie Maxwell, Bonnie Maxwell, Diane Easterday and Marilyn Day; her close friends, Kendra Peck, Chris Willard, Bella, Tyson and Dolly; and her caregivers, Nel, Arfie and Linda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Log Pile Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Linda's memory be given to the Vinton County Dog Shelter, 31479 St. Rt. 93, McArthur, Ohio 45651.
