She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ellen Sheets and Carl Watters; her son Brian Lowe; and her close friend Joseph Drew Jr.. She is survived by: her son Bradley (Amy Lowe); her grandchildren, Emily, Caitlyn, Keller and Kensley Lowe; and her sister Carol Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
