She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlyle "Gus" Kaaz and Berniece Prater Kaaz; and her nephew Brian Long. She is survived by: her husband Doug Bobb; her children, Ryan Saunders (Telissa) of Frankfort, Melissa Maldonado (Andrew) of Savannah, Georgia and Emily Caudill (Sean) of Hamden; her grandchildren, Sydney Stout, Bransen Saunders, Declan Saunders, Ezmia Saunders and Brewer Caudill; her stepchildren, Shandi Bobb and Johnathon Bobb; and her siblings, Jeff Kaaz (Wendy) of Nelsonville and Kathy Pyles (Terry) of McArthur.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Joye Elaine Bobb to The Salvation Army, P.O. Box 451, 171 E. 4th St., Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
