She was predeceased by: her husband George Owings; her sons, Billy Joe Owings, Raymond "Butch" Owings and Chad Owings; her siblings, Earl, Castor, Raymond Castor, Donnie Miller and Betty Oney; and her children-in-law, Alvin Thacker, Dick Helman, Dave Sowers, Esther Owings and Kandy Owings.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Owings (Kathy), Dave Owings (Cindy), Ruth Thacker, Bonnie Helman, Maggie Sowers and Georgeann Clark. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
