He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin K. Stout and Ruth Furest Stout; his wife Carla Beymer Stout; and his brothers, Walter and Roger Stout.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Stout of Petal, Mississippi, Wendy Howell (Ronald) of West Point and Nicole Hender (Taylor) of Tornado; and his siblings, Glen Stout of Zaleski and Linda Webb of Zaleski. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
