He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Perry and Betty Lowery Winter; and his siblings, Ronald Perry and Wanda Perry. He is survived by: his wife Betty Elick Perry; his children, Dwuane Perry (Natalie), Doug Perry (Sherri), Robert Perry, Chris Hart (Cena), Craig Hart (Amy), Kendra Hart and Debbie Hart (Sandy); and his brother-in-law Carl Elick (Sue). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
