She is survived by: her sons, Archie "AJ" and Gavin Combs; her father Duane Lemay, I (Lisa); her siblings, Stephanie Bethel (Chris), Duane Lemay II (Brandi), Andrew "Andy" Conner (Amber), Kasi Balch (Calvin) and Tisha Hileman (Mark); her fiancé Stephan Combs; and her friends, Jennifer Peterson and Gina Black. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
