He was predeceased by: his parents, John Waugh and Ann Marie Waugh (Calicoe); his siblings, Ronnie, Bill, Doc, Rick, Tom, Barbara (Connie) and Kate Matteson; and his close friend Tom.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Elizabeth Matteson (Austin Adkins), Kadance Matteson and Christopher Matteson; and his sisters, Judy Deboard (John Sheets) and Deborah Spalding. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
