He is survived by: his son Michael Mitchell of Chillicothe; his granddaughters, Katie Fout, Shawnna Shreve and Regan Mitchell; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Caleb, Samuel, Elijah, Lilith, Ambrosia, Kylar and Ashton; and his siblings, Mary Lou Downing, Norma Lee Farley, Vivian Lemmings, Joy Vance, Nancy Piatt and Robert Mitchell.
