He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Granville Powell (Tracey Boggs), Jacqueline Howell (Kenneth) and Jill Powell; his grandchildren, Amber Powell, Kenley Howell and Ryleigh Boggs; and his brother Billy Powell (Marge). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
