She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Donahoe and Rachel Carpenter Donahoe; her husband Walter Duane Ward; and her siblings, Wendell Donahoe, Donna Morrison, Paulette Phillips, Dorothy Faye Donahoe and Mary Alice Donahoe.
She is survived by: her son Michael K. Ward (Eunice D.) of Jackson; her grandchildren, Michael Blane Ward (Shelly) of Delaware, Chad C. Ward (Janet) of Charleston and Kimberly D. Bergant (Zane) of Jackson; and her brother Robert Donahoe of McArthur. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren.
