George Morris Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2023, at the age of 78, George Morris of McArthur, Ohio, born in Greenup, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Morris and Emiline Hammond Morris; his wife Patricia Gussler Morris; his grandson Thomas Chase Morris; his stepson Vernon Wright; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Morris, Paul Morris, John Morris, Bessie Howell, Janet Lumpkins, Mary Frances Traylor, Opal Thompson and Pauline Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Morris (Carol) of South Shore, Kevin Morris (Karen) of Ashville, George Morris of McArthur, Dalton Hamilton (Cassandra) of Frankfort, Kelly Morris of Creola and Jennifer Morris of Ray; his stepchildren, William Wright of Coalton, Carol Morris of South Shore and Barbara Wright of Urbana; and his siblings, Bill Morris of South Shore, Glenna Lucille Stark of Sciotoville and Betty Kay Nagel of Wheelersburg. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
