He was predeceased by: his parents, George Russell Cook and Donna Marie Bowshier Cook; and his siblings, Vicki Shreck and John Cook. He is survived by: his children, Jeannie Cochron (Eddie), Amy Cook (Brian Bailey), George Cook II, Joshua Cook and Gabriel Cook; his brother Dale Cook; and his brother-in-law Ernie Shreck. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
