It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Garry Saunders of McArthur, Ohio, born in Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert F. "Bob" Saunders; and his niece Ashley Mercer. He is survived by: his mother Patty Hensler Saunders of McArthur; his spouse Laurie Ward Saunders; his children, Ryan Saunders (Telissa) of Frankfort, Melissa Saunders (Andrew Maldonado) of Savannah, Georgia and Emily Caudill (Sean) of Hamden; his stepchildren, Cyrus Chesser of McArthur, Katie Scott (Kyle) of Belpre and Emily Chesser (Kelton Collins) of McArthur; his grandchildren, Bransen, Declan and Ezmia; and his siblings, Joe Saunders (Cindy) of McArthur, Theresa Mercer (David) of McArthur and Lisa Sagraves (Eddie) of McArthur. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
