He is survived by: his parents, Ruth Shannon (Wise) and Dellius Lloyd Shannon Sr.; his wife Kristi Ann Shannon (Rose); his children, Lloyd Shannon of McArthur and Amanda Wilbur (Jason) of Wellston; his adoptive son Austin Williams; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Lindsey and Joe Noel-Shannon; and his sisters, Michelle Hagenbaugh of Dayton and Melanie Duckworth (Terry) of Dayton. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
