He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bolender and Virgie Grooms Bolender; and his brother Jim Bolender. He is survived by: his wife Janet Bolender; his sons, Mike Bolender (Shelly) and Lance Bolender; his grandchildren, Riley Hernandez (Andrew), Halle, Quincy, Sonny, Ally, Gracie, Jackson and Carson Bolender; his great grandchildren, Franny and Jodie Hernandez; his brother Bob Bolender (Susan); and his sister-in-law Nancy Bolender. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
