In loving memory of Clara Ann Scarberry of McArthur, Ohio, born in Vinton, Ohio, who departed this world on November 1, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Smathers and Violet Smathers (Bentley); and her daughter Charlene Gilliland. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Scarberry (Cathy) of McArthur, Carol Whaley (David) of McArthur, Lois Storms of McArthur and Kimberly Jeffries (Ray) of Wellston; her son-in-law Mike Gilliland of McArthur; and her grandchildren, Jamie, Michael, Roy Lincoln, Eric, Megan and Kevin. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Garrett Cardaras Funeral Home (201 W High St, McArthur, OH 45651). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Elk Cemetery (32121 OH-93, McArthur, OH 45651).
